This superlative beef is exclusively sourced from carefully selected British farms, and slowly matured to ensure that the flavour and texture are second to none.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Allow the fillet to come to room temperature before cooking. Preheat oven to 230°C / 445°F / Gas 8, Add a little oil to a frying pan and brown on all sides for 5 minutes. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and cook for the following times: Rare 8-10 minutes; Medium Rare: 10-12 minutes; Medium: 14-16 minutes; Well Done: 18-20 minutes. Once cooked cover and allow to rest in a warm place for 10 mins. Alternately follow a recipe of your choice.
