PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Real old-fashioned tasty bangers! There will never be a morsel left. Made with just the right mix of lean to fat pork meat and nothing too coarse or too fine, they cook beautifully. 80% pork. 

All sausages delivered in December will not be suitable for freezing. Sausages delivered after 18th December will have an adequate shelf life for Christmas.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Cooking Guidelines: The following is a guide only. Remove all packaging. To Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place product under grill, cook for 18-20 mins, turning frequently. To Fry:- heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat, for 22-24 mins, turning frequently. Rest for 1 minute prior to serving, check that product is hot before serving. There should be no pink meat remaining.
