Our sausage meat is perfect for making your own stuffing and sausage rolls.
Our 96% sausage meat is gluten-free so contains no breadcrumbs or other fillers!
All sausage meat & stuffings delivered in December are not suitable for home freezing.
If delivered after 18th December they will have adequate shelf life for Christmas.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cooking Guidelines: Remove all packaging.To Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place product under grill, cook for 18-20 mins turning frequently. To Fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat, for 22-24 mins. turning frequently. Rest for 1 minute prior to serving, check that product is hot before serving. There should be no pink meat remaining.
