Our Whole Bone-in Leg of Lamb is fabulously succulent meat with a delicious flavour, this is the perfect roasting joint for any occasion, whether a traditional family Sunday lunch or a celebratory dinner. 

Whole Bone-in Leg of Lamb produced from the finest British lamb, naturally reared with the highest regard to diet and welfare.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Oven Cook: From Chilled/Ambient, Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Allow lamb to rest for 10 minutes to enable the colour to return and any contaminant odour to disappear. This does not affect the quality of the lamb. Place lamb in a roasting tin in the oven. Ensure surface of meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10-15 minutes before carving. (Time medium: 25 mins +25 mins per 500g - Well done: 30 mins + 30 mins per 500g Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
