PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Our sous vide cuts are slow-cooked a water bath to retain their natural moisture. This results in exceptionally tender meat that cooks at home in minutes. Lovingly prepared by hand using only the finest ingredients, this zesty and flavourful chicken is ready to serve in 25 minutes.
We recommend serving with Herby Couscous and Baba Ghanoush for a delicious mouth-watering meal. Or you can also enjoy alongside sautéed seasonal greens and buttery mashed potato for a comforting mid-week supper.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1) Carefully cut open individual bag, discard fat & juices. 2) Retain or remove lemon slices and herb inclusions. Optional, but caramelised lemon adds to the overall zesty flavour whilst cooking. 3) Carefully place chicken half skin side up, onto pre-heated oven tray or use none stick ceramic type dish. 4) Place into pre-heated hot oven cook for 25/30 mins (approx) gas mark 5 or 190C, 375F (oven type dependent). 5) Simply cook until very crispy roasted skin has formed on chicken half. 6) Objective is to achieve a crisp skin so cover with silver foil if starting to brown too much, too quickly. Keep warm for 5 minutes then serve. 7) Discard the herbs and lemon pieces accordingly.
