Free-Range, Grass-Fed
Our beef comes from farms where the British Native breeds cattle feed very well on pastures comprising of Grass, perennial rye grass, white clover, meadow fescues, vetches, yarrow and burnet herbs. For the last 120 days the cattle are supplemented with barley wheat and soya, which they are fed up to 11kg per day.
