Whole Boneless Candied Orange & Honey Glazed Christmas Ham
Handcrafted with our traditional; Wiltshire Cure, each ham matures in our unique brine for nearly a week. We add a touch of brown sugar to our brine recipe to give a subtle sweetness to this mild and delicious ham. The hams are then air-dried for another week to mature and reduce moisture, then steam-cooked for 12 hours to achieve a delicious moist, tender & buttery texture. Each ham is then meticulously inspected, hand-trimmed, glazed with honey and topped with sliced oranges before baking in our glazing ovens. The resulting ham has a lovely mild flavour and moist texture with a deliciously sweet orange flavour. The perfect show-stopping Christmas centrepiece.
