We are delighted to announce the launch of our Coronation Collection – crafted exclusively for the coronation of His Majesty The King and Queen Consort. Our new collection includes the Luxury King's Coronation Selection and a Mini King's Coronation Selection, perfect for a luxury lunch party to celebrate the Coronation Weekend with loved ones. As proud producers of the finest traditionally cured hams, we have created a special edition Honey and Truffle Golden Glazed Ham – the perfect centrepiece for a Coronation feast. Our luxurious King's Coronation Celebration Hamper has been expertly curated and is filled to the brim with the finest artisan delights. We have also curated a deliciously tender Whisky Pulled Pork using the King's Favourite Whisky, a delectable Coronation Potted Pork Terrine, and a new Wholesome Breakfast Box to for a Royal start to your day. Our team have carefully crafted each product to embody the essence of elegance, luxury and exceptional taste and flavours as our valued customers would expect from DukesHill.

Since our initial brainstorming, we have been able to incorporate the finest ingredients and we have employed our signature traditional techniques to ensure that each offering is fit for a King or Queen. From the Honey and Truffle Golden Glazed Ham adorned with edible gold fine flakes to our Whisky Pulled Pork infused with His Majesty King Charles' favourite whisky, our products are designed to evoke the majesty and grandeur of the coronation.

Honey and Truffle Golden Glazed Ham

Our master curers have crafted a truly exceptional ham that celebrates the coronation with a touch of gold. This exquisite ham undergoes a meticulous curing process, and steam cooking, it is then finished with a honey and truffle glaze, before being adorned with edible gold fine flakes for a regal touch.

King's Coronation Celebration Hamper

This luxurious hamper is a treasure trove of gourmet delights, perfect for commemorating the coronation. It includes a carefully curated selection of artisanal products such as our Celebration Coronation Ham, smoked salmon, artisan cheeses, chutneys, and decadent sweet treats, all beautifully presented in a wicker basket with leather straps.

Whiskey Pulled Pork

Infused with His Majesty King Charles' favourite whisky, our tender and smoky pulled pork is a flavourful tribute to the King. Cooked low and slow for 15 hours, this delicious dish pairs exceptionally well with a Laphroaig 10-year-old.

Coronation Potted Pork Terrine

Our Coronation Potted Pork Terrine is a refined and flavourful addition to any feast. Made using premium ham hock and pork collar, slow-cooked for tenderness, and combined with our delectable Coronation Sauce, this terrine is a perfect blend of tradition and innovation.
