A delicious handmade traditional English summer pudding made of sliced white bread layered with seasonal berries.
the dessert first appeared in cookbooks in the UK in 1904, when it was originally called Queens pudding. It later became known as Summer Pudding and became popular as a lighter sweet treat because of the high fruit content and it containing no pastry.
Best served chilled with your favourite ice cream or fresh cream.
