Straight from the historic Colston Bassett Dairy, this whole “baby” Stilton is a true showpiece for the Christmas table, mellow, luxurious and crafted using time-honoured methods that never change with the seasons. Its smooth, creamy paste is laced with delicate blue marbling that only deepens as it matures, exactly as it should for your festive spread.
