    Our C&B Rosé is a moreish blend of beautifully ripened Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Planted at the foothills of the Pyrénées range, the vines benefit from a long and warm ripening season tempered by cool breezes which enhance aromatic freshness and bright colour. Berries are carefully harvested at night and gently pressed to obtain a lightly coloured and aromatic juice with low-tannin structure. Fermentation is done at cool temperature and the final blend is defined together by Plaimont’s chief winemaker and C&B’s buyer. Softly textured and slightly crunchy, our pink displays refreshing notes of rose petal, wild strawberries and whipped cream. France | French Country | Gascony | Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon
