Butter Masala Turkey Pot Pie

Step 1 Preheat the oven 180c. Take the puff pastry out of the fridge and set aside for 10 minutes before use.

Step 2 In a large saucepan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Add the turkey, potatoes and vegetables, mix and gently sauté.

Step 3 Add the Butter Masala sauce and stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Taste and season as required.

Step 4 Place the filling into a pie dish and top with the puff pastry sheet.

Step 5 Tuck the edges and score the pastry. Glaze with beaten egg if desired.

Step 6 Bake for 20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
